Recipe – Wolf's paw

One of the easiest, and most refreshing, drinks you'll ever make. Give lingonberries a shot and try it instead of your usual gin & tonic.

Lingonberries can be a bit tough to eat as they are, given their sourness. But they're so good for you – packed with vitamins and minerals – that they've been called the Nordic countries own super berries. I've always loved the taste of lingonberry juice, and let's face it – sometimes a shot of vodka and some ice makes things even better.

4 cl of vodka

ice

lingonberry juice

lingonberries, fresh or frozen

Sprite (optional)

Fill a high glass with ice and pour in the vodka. Top up with lingonberry juice and garnish with the berries. If you prefer a sweater taste, add a splash of Sprite.
