My cookbook – Kära Sverige

In May this year, I released my first cookbook Kära Sverige (Dear Sweden). Food has long been a passion of mine, and over the years, I've gotten to know and love the Swedish cuisine well. Published by Cozy Publishing, the book includes my favorite recipes from my adopted home country, as well as personal essays and stories about the country, its lifestyle and its culture.

I worked on the book for more than a year, cooking all the food, styling the photos and writing the texts. The wonderful photographs were taken by Swedish photographer Per Ranung. Kära Sverige book is bilingual in Finnish and Swedish, but on this website, I'll be sharing some of the recipes also in English, so keep your eyes peeled!

Kära Sverige is available in major bookstores in Finland, Ad Libris and Paper Cut in Stockholm. Paper Cut also delivers world wide.
